Mini Try Square
This mini try square is designed primarily to check the squareness of the pins and tails of a dovetail joint prior to fitting but can be used whenever access is limited. It is a “double square” so the beam can slide fully to the left or right and is locked with the thumb screw. Because the beam is a round bar you will need to position a light source behind the work to assess it effectively. The tool is also very handy to compare and assess depths.
